END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

PREAMBLE

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA" or "Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between you (hereinafter "User" or "you") and EMT (Mystreamgame), SIRET 87926940500012 (hereinafter "Licensor"), regarding the use of the Garry's Mod and TikTok Live connection software (hereinafter "the Software").

ARTICLE 1: LICENSE GRANT

1.1 Usage License

• The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Software.
• This license is strictly limited to the access duration you purchased according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• The license is valid only for your personal or professional use.

1.2 Restrictions
It is strictly forbidden to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, or translate the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Rent, lend, sell, or distribute the Software
• Remove or modify copyright notices

ARTICLE 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1 Property Rights

• The Software is protected by intellectual property laws.
• All intellectual property rights to the Software belong to the Licensor.
• Acceptance of this Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

2.2 Source Code Protection

• The Software's source code constitutes a trade secret of the Licensor.
• Any attempt to access or modify the source code is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF USE

3.1 Technical Requirements
The User must have:

• A stable Internet connection
• A valid Garry's Mod installation
• An active TikTok Live account
• Minimum system requirements to run the Software

3.2 Compliant Use
The User agrees to:

• Use the Software in accordance with its documentation
• Comply with Garry's Mod and TikTok Live terms of use
• Not use the Software for illegal or malicious purposes
• Not disrupt the normal operation of connected services

ARTICLE 4: WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

4.1 Warranty Limitation

• The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your specific needs
• The Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Software

4.2 Liability Limitation
The Licensor shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Software
• Compatibility issues with other software
• Service interruptions of Garry's Mod or TikTok Live
• Loss of data or revenue

4.3 Technical Support

• Technical support is provided according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale
• Support is limited to issues directly related to the Software
• The Licensor will endeavor to resolve technical issues within a reasonable timeframe

ARTICLE 5: TERMINATION

5.1 Termination Grounds
The Agreement may be terminated:

• Upon expiration of the purchased access period
• In case of violation of this Agreement's terms
• By Licensor's decision in case of abusive use

5.2 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:

• Access to the Software will be immediately deactivated
• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must uninstall the Software from your devices

ARTICLE 6: GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 Modifications

• The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement
• Users will be notified of modifications
• Continued use of the Software after modification constitutes acceptance

6.2 Applicable Law

• This Agreement is governed by French law
• Any dispute relating to this Agreement falls under the jurisdiction of competent French courts

6.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

ARTICLE 7: ACCEPTANCE

Installation and use of the Software implies unreserved acceptance of this License Agreement.
