TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the commercial relationship between EMT (Mystreamgame), SIRET 87926940500012, and users of the Interactive Gaming Service for streaming.

ARTICLE 2: ONE-TIME PURCHASE PLANS

2.1 Available Plans

The Service is offered as one-time purchases with no commitment:

  • 1-month access: €29 (single payment)
  • 6-month access: €129 (single payment)
  • 12-month access: €169 (single payment)

2.2 Plan Content

Each purchase provides access to our interactive games for the selected duration. No automatic renewal or long-term commitment required.

ARTICLE 3: PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT).
EMT (Mystreamgame) reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Changes will only affect future purchases.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via:

  • Stripe
  • Payeer

For each transaction:

  • Payment is secured according to current standards
  • An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email
  • Transactions are processed immediately

3.3 Payment Security

  • Transactions are encrypted according to banking standards
  • No banking data is stored on our servers
  • Payments are processed directly by Stripe and Payeer

ARTICLE 4: ACCESS DURATION

4.1 Duration

Access begins on the date of payment confirmation and remains active for the purchased duration.

4.2 Expiration

  • Service access automatically ends after the purchased period
  • No automatic renewal
  • Users can make a new purchase to extend their access

ARTICLE 5: WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, users have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.

5.2 Refund

When exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • Refund is processed within 14 days
  • Via the same payment method used for purchase
  • For the total amount paid

ARTICLE 6: BILLING

An invoice is automatically generated and made available:

  • In the customer account
  • By email
  • For each payment made

ARTICLE 7: MODIFICATIONS

7.1 Service Modifications

EMT (Mystreamgame) reserves the right to modify the services offered. Users will be informed at least 30 days before any substantial change.

7.2 Price Modifications

Any price modification will:

  • Only affect future purchases
  • Not impact existing access periods
  • Be clearly displayed before purchase

ARTICLE 8: TERMINATION

8.1 Access End

Service access naturally ends at the conclusion of the purchased period:

  • No action required from users
  • No automatic charges
  • No hidden fees

8.2 Termination by EMT (Mystreamgame)

EMT (Mystreamgame) can terminate access:

  • In case of Terms of Use violation
  • With prior email notification
  • With prorated refund when applicable

  • For any questions regarding payments and access

ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In case of dispute:

  1. Attempt at amicable resolution
  2. Mediation if necessary
  3. Competent courts as a last resort
